• We are a family-owned, niche, and independent cosmetics firm made up of just two sisters: Celia and Lorena.

• We offer products with the highest quality ingredients and formulations, always at a reasonable price.

• We only use domestically sourced, cold-pressed herbal compounds, floral hydrosols, and plant extracts from suppliers who are paid the real and fair price they deserve.

• All our cosmetics are stored in glass containers, which are ten times more expensive than plastic containers.

• But we don't just focus on the composition. We also put a lot of effort into the design and image, because we know that beautiful photography and good packaging make the experience even more special.

• All the photos you see are ours; we don't use stock images. And this involves a huge expense: photographer, model, studio, styling, and wardrobe.

• We cover 40% of the shipping costs (packaging, insurance, samples, etc.), so you can receive it for just €5 (although Correos charges us more). And, for purchases over €50, we make a great effort to offer free shipping.

• With every order, as long as we have stock, we try to include samples of our facial serums and body oils, which range in value from €1 to €3.

For these reasons, we ask for respect for our work and efforts, as we distance ourselves from the philosophy of large corporations.

We do not participate in actions such as: 

• Black Friday.
• We do not offer personalized discounts.
• We do not collaborate with influencers.

At Nasei, we answer your questions ourselves, without cold, impersonal chatbots.

Because it is very valuable for us to be able to pass on our knowledge to you on a one-to-one basis.

1. To be part of the Nasei community, you must subscribe to our newsletter.

2. The discount will be applied to the purchase subtotal, before adding shipping costs.

3. Discounts and gifts cannot be combined. If you use a discount, you won't be eligible for any other promotion.

4. Some promotions will not be valid for the purchase of sale items, pre-sales, or events such as workshops, courses, facial massage classes, and consultations.

5. Due to the small margin on these cosmetics and their exclusivity, we do not apply discounts or promotions on the following products:
