At Nasei we always recommend making your purchases in advance, first so that they arrive on time, and second, so as not to run out of stock of the product you have in mind as a gift.

That is why we have created this section where you will find all the information related to Christmas shopping:

Remember the deadline so it arrives on time

The deadline for receiving orders for them to arrive on time for Christmas is Tuesday, December 18 by 9 AM and for Three Kings on Thursday, December 26 by midnight.

Purchases made after these dates cannot guarantee delivery, and we are exempt from any delays in delivery.

It must be taken into account that this time of year and due to the increase in online orders, transport companies have been overwhelmed.

In this case we work with Correos and it is the same postman who distributes the orders on foot, so his route work is even more expensive.

Let someone be found at the indicated address

It is also important that there is someone trustworthy at the indicated address who can pick up the order.

Once the order leaves our warehouse we are exempt from all responsibility for delivery. If you want to collect your package at a nearby Post Office, indicate the address in special order notes in the cart section. 

Christmas orders have the same shipping conditions that we have throughout the year. 

Wrapping and packaging

Inside each box, the order is accompanied by tissue paper and a fresh cypress branch from our Farmhouse.
