At Nasei, we recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure they arrive on time and avoid missing out on that product you had planned to give as a gift.
That's why we've gathered all the relevant information for your Christmas shopping here.
Recommended order dates for delivery before Christmas Eve:
Mainland Spain: Thursday, December 18
Balearic Islands: Wednesday, December 16
Canary Islands and Europe: Thursday, December 11
We will do everything possible to ensure your gifts arrive on time, but due to the increase in shipments during this period, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas once these recommended dates have passed.
Please note:
– Make sure someone is available at the address provided to receive the package.
– Once the order leaves our warehouse, no changes can be made to delivery addresses.
– If you prefer to pick up your order at a post office, please indicate this in the notes section of your shopping cart; however, this method may cause delays.
Wrapping and packaging:
Each order is wrapped in tissue paper and decorated with a fresh branch from the surroundings of our farmhouse, as well as a postcard.
We do not offer personalized packaging.
