  • We are a family-run, niche, independent cosmetics company made up of just two sisters: Celia and Lorena Aviñón. 

  • We offer premium cosmetics of the highest quality, both in terms of the quality of the natural-origin ingredients and the formulation process. 

  • We use only plant-based compounds of domestic origin, obtained through first cold pressing, along with floral hydrosols and plant extracts from suppliers who are paid the real, fair price they deserve.

  • All our cosmetics are kept in glass containers, whose cost is ten times higher than that of plastic. 

  • We not only take care with the composition, but also put a great deal of effort into the design and visual identity. We know that a beautiful photograph and attractive packaging make the experience even more special. 

  • All the photos you see are ours; we do not use stock images. And this involves a huge expense: photographer, model, studio, styling, and wardrobe. 

  • We cover 40% of the shipping costs (packaging, insurance, samples, etc.) so that you can receive it for just €5 (even though Correos charges us more). For purchases over €50, we make the great effort to offer free shipping. 

  • With every order, whenever we have stock, we try to include samples of our facial serums and body oils.

  • When you subscribe to the Nasei newsletter, you will receive a discount coupon that you can apply to your next order.

  • As a subscriber, you will receive samples and gifts, and you will have the opportunity to take part in our workshops (places are limited and fill up quickly, but you will have the privilege of being among the first to be able to book).


Nasei is a family-run company, and our philosophy is very far removed from that of large corporations.


No we participate in initiatives such as:


  • Black Friday. 

  • We do not offer discount codes through influencers. 

These practices do not align with our values or our philosophy. 



At Nasei, we are the ones who answer your questions ourselves, without cold, impersonal chatbots. 

 

It is very valuable to us to be able to share our knowledge with you on a personal, one-to-one basis. 

We love the idea of being able to talk with you and get to know you, so we can recommend the products that best suit your skin. Because we want you to see the real benefits of our formulations.

We don't like chatbots. We prefer to assist you ourselves and always try to reply as soon as possible, within 1 or 2 business days.

  • Due to the small margins and exclusivity of these cosmetics, we do not offer discounts or promotions on the following products:

    • Vitamin C, orange and palmarosa nourishing cream.

    • Sweet almond and marjoram cleansing milk.

    • Absolute jasmine overnight repairing balm.
