Made from unrefined sea salt from the eco-friendly salt flats of Isla Cristina, naturally rich in magnesium, they offer a relaxing and remineralizing effect that helps release physical tension and calm the nervous system.

As they dissolve in the water, rose petals envelop and comfort, calendula nourishes and softens the skin, and the delicate citrus aroma of bergamot accompanies the bath with an immediate feeling of calm and well-being.

Bathing with salts is one of the oldest therapeutic rituals: a simple gesture that promotes physical and mental balance through heat, minerals, and contact with water.

The formula is completed with ingredients that enhance both care and the sensory experience:

  • Colloidal oatmeal, soothing and calming for the skin.

  • Essential oils of sweet orange, geranium, grapefruit, and lemongrass, providing an enveloping aromatic experience.

Ideal for relieving body tension and promoting deep rest through bathing.

How is it used

Our recommendation is to create a peaceful atmosphere, accompanied by soft music (you can check our music playlists).

Step 1: Fill the bathtub with hot water at a pleasant and enveloping temperature that invites the body to relax without being excessive.

Step 2: Add five tablespoons of salts and watch them dissolve slowly, releasing their aroma into the water.

Step 3:
Submerge yourself for at least 20 minutes and let your body relax naturally. Do not rinse your skin after the bath, to allow the magnesium to continue working.
