This commitment not only guarantees skin-friendly cosmetics, but also cosmetics that respect the environment, in line with our convictions about sustainability.
Nasei is located in a privileged setting between Bizkaia and Cantabria.
Our workshop and office are located in the heart of nature, becoming the epicenter of our activities.
This location in the northern region represents the deep connection with the land and all the resources we use.
Our family tradition, with several generations dedicated to cultivating and caring for the land, has instilled in us a profound respect for the work of farmers.
This philosophy guides every aspect of our work: from selecting the ingredients to the production processes we use.
We firmly believe that, by honoring this heritage and adopting a responsible approach, we can contribute to a more sustainable future.
We believe in the importance of local agriculture, as well as in the ancestral formulas we have used for generations of shared and diverse knowledge.
For this reason, more than 90% of our ingredients come from Spanish organic crops, where we find an incredibly wonderful botanical world.
This is only possible thanks to the dedication of the farmers with whom we have established partnerships, whom we pay the price they truly deserve for their efforts.
Using local ingredients makes it possible for us to have exhaustive traceability control over our raw materials, as well as considerably reducing the carbon footprint of all our products.

Our commitment: sustainable containers and packaging
According to the National Statistics Institute, more than 137 million tonnes of waste are generated in Spain, of which only 47 million are recycled.
Although this figure represents 40% of all waste generated, at Nasei we believe there is still much work to be done by companies and individuals to protect the environment.
We support the foundation of the circular economy, which prioritizes the reuse and recycling of waste.
Our effort and commitment have been to apply this sustainable principle to our packaging, from bottling our products to the material we use for shipping.
Why do we minimize the use of plastics?
Some plastic containers are themselves made from different types of plastic, making them impossible or very costly to recycle.
Other plastic derivatives, such as cellophane shavings used to protect shipments, are also not recycled once they reach the waste management facility.
We prefer to use only two materials that can be easily reused and recycled: cardboard and amber glass.
Packaging
All our products, both cosmetics and home-care products, are packaged in amber glass jars and bottles, which keep our products in optimal condition while also being eternally recyclable.
Only 10% of our packaging contains recyclable plastic (dispensers and caps).
For labeling, we use paper, a biodegradable and compostable material.
The box in which we store the soaps and shampoos is made entirely of cardboard.
On the other hand, other products, such as the gua-sha, come with cotton fabric bags.
Shipping packaging
Our packaging consists of a cardboard box and inner paper to protect the cosmetics, both made from recycled paper. This way, we reduce unnecessary tree felling.
Both the box and the inner paper are recyclable and biodegradable. We do not include labels or leaflets printed on plastic.
Although we pay close attention to detail, we cannot guarantee that some couriers will treat your shipment with the care it deserves. That is why we have reinforced our packages with extra internal protection. To do this, we use paper shavings and wrap each jar in a sheet of corrugated cardboard.
This way, such a fragile order arrives in perfect condition - with no plastic!
