How is it used

Our recommendation is to create a calm environment, accompanied by soft music (you can check our music lists).

Step 1: Fill the bathtub with warm water at a pleasant and enveloping temperature, inviting the body to relax without being excessive.

Step 2: Add five tablespoons of salts and watch as they slowly dissolve, releasing their aroma into the water.

Step 3:
Soak for at least 20 minutes and let your body relax naturally. Do not rinse your skin after getting out of the bath, to allow the magnesium to continue working.
