Raise your energy in the morning

We bring you an in-person event that combines yoga + aromatherapy that we have organized together with Eva Zabala from 108 Yoga Studio .

 Eva has the gift of resetting you in each of her practices and making you connect with yourself in such a way that you always come out of her classes as new.

What does "Raise your energy in the morning" include?


  • A yoga class with Eva designed to awaken your vital energy in the morning.

     As a finishing touch, a surprise relaxation based on acupressure and essential oils . A total enjoyment for the senses.
  • Rest and breakfast with infusions, organic teas and homemade cake with oranges from our orchard.
  • Aromatherapy class so that you learn to use essential oils to your advantage and awaken your body and mind in a subtle way to start the day off right, even if you are not a morning person .

Also, if you feel like it, we will send you to your email the photographs that we take during the practice so that you have a nice memory (if not, nothing happens. You just have to tell us and we will not take you out).
